When you place an order, we review it and contact you with shipping information. The time in transit is 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.
Open the box and check to make sure your order is complete.
If your order is not complete check the packing slip. Orders may be shipped separately and may arrive on different days. If something is missing contact us.
Remove any packaging material around the roots and plant in a container or in the ground and water throughly.
If you are not ready to plant immediately, remove any packaging material around the roots then move the plants to a sheltered location like a garage or shed. Be sure to avoid areas of wind, direct sun, and freezing temperatures.
Check the soil for moisture every day, and water as needed. Use a spray bottle to keep the roots moist. Do not wash the roots or soak in water.
