  1. What payment method do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Master Card, and checks.  We also accept cash for store pickups.
    Do not send cash in the Mail.

    Orders paid by check will be shipped after the check has cleared.

  2. Will my credit card be charged if I submit it on your website?

    No.  Credit cards are not processed on the website.  We do it manually after we provide you with a shipping cost and only if you approve it.

    If you choose not to approve the order, your credit card is NEVER charged and there are NO risks or obligations.

  3. Why should I give credit card information before I get a shipping quote?

    Providing credit card information at the time of order is most efficient and more secure.
    The information is placed on a secured connection and encrypted.

    We can get back to you by email with a shipping quote and any other details for your approval.  But then we would need credit card details.

    Email is not secure for credit card information so we would need to contact you by telephone which could cause information errors and delays.

  4. What if I want to change the order or cancel it?

    No problem.  We do not ship or charge credit cards until you approve the order.  You can change or cancel the order prior to it being shipped.

    If you approve an order then change your mind, call us immediately so that it does not get shipped.
