Juniperus squamata ‘Blue Star’

Very showy, dwarf, evergreen shrub. Low growing, it mounds gracefully in a generally rounded growth habit.

Foliage is dense and compact with leaves forming little star shapes. Very rich, silvery-blue needles all year round.

A great low foundation or border plant.  Tolerates a wide variety of soils including hot, poor, dry soils.

Does not tolerate the hot, humid conditions of the South.
