Juniperus procumbens'Green Mound'

Beautiful, low growing, spreading, dense evergreen.  Long, wide spreading, stiff branches trail on the ground.

The new tips of the branches ascend a little at the tips.  The center of the plant has a mounding habit a few inches higher than the branches.  Attractive, light green foliage does not brownout.

Excellent as a groundcover for the front of borders or foundations or for slopes and to cascade over walls (plant 3-5 feet apart).

Adapts to a wide range of soil types from mostly sand to mostly clay.  Tolerates drought, heat, humidity, pollution and seashore locations.
