Thuja plicata x standishii 'Green Giant'

A tightly pyramidal evergreen with very uniform growth and appearance.  Foliage is dense and rich green.

Is very hardy, easy to grow and a very vigorous grower once established (can grow from 3-5 feet a year).

Has no significant pest or disease problems. Is resistant to deer browsing.  Tolerates almost any kind of soil.  Holds up to ice, snow and wind.

Excellent for use as hedge, screen or windbreak (plant 5-6 feet apart).

Can be pruned or sheared to maintain size when young.

Zone: 5-8 Height: 50-75 ft. Spread: 10-20 ft.
